A very nice and Charming apartment of 62m² located in, rue des Bourdonnais, from steps to rue de Rivoli and Hotel de Ville in the 1st district, in the heart of the marais area. It is really calm apartment located onto a nice courtyard. It was newly renovated with 2 double bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, a nice living room with a very confortable double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.. A bathroom with a bathtub / shower, It also has wifi internet connection, TV flat screen, sheets and towels, washlinen. You will find all commodities nearby the apartment to have a nice stay in Paris.

Le Marais was originally a vast swamp, and it was only in the 13th century that convents started to be built there and the beginnings of a cultural scene emerged. Place Royal (now Place des Vosges), was created in 1612 under Henri IV and immediately Le Marais became a fashionable quarter. Sumptuous mansions were built there in the French style, which now house its numerous salons. After the death of Henri IV (assassinated by Ravaillac) and the arrival on the throne of Louis XIII, Le Marais was abandoned by the bourgeoisie and became home to artisans and light industry. In recent times the area has undergone numerous restorations and the architectural treasures to be found there are once again displayed to their advantage, it is a quarter that has regained its charm and a place of unforgettable visits. Great location, just a few step to the Louvre museum and to the Seine river. The Châtelet metro station gives access to everything. The supermarket at the same adress. Well-equipped appartment, there is  everything : bathroom (towels, cleaning equipment) and a terrace (for smokers).

We enjoyed our stay in the flat very much. The flat is better than on its photos on the website. Clara's warm and kind welcome made our stay more pleasant. 
Plus of the flat: Great location, you can walk to the main tourisitic attractions
-two bedrooms and a big living-room is great for 5-6persons
-well equipped kitchen (there is even tea and spices for cooking)
-the Paris guide was very helpful, we used it to see Paris
-thank you for the Paris maps.
Drawback: the lock of the toilets is a bit tricky to lock.

I have just spent ten days in this apartment, Bourdonnais Street, with my family. 6 persons in total. The area was very nice. We arrive with just our suitcases - sheets, towels, plates, glasses, everything was at our disposal. The flat is cosy and Clara is really nice and available. I will come back for sure and advise this agency. Good value for money.

The flat was very spacy, located in a center spot of the city. It was in a quiet building, renovated. We almost had the city center in our doorstep. The flat was equipped perfectly. Also, Clara, our host was so kind and smiling. She was on time, explained everything and stayed until all our questions were answered. We were a 6 persons group, so booking this apartment was a perfect choice.
