It has been recently renovated and decorated with taste. It is composed by a living-room with a kitchenette, a dinner table and a single sofa bed really comfortable, a romm in duplex with a brand new double bed. There is a bathtub in the bathroom and a hair dryer. The apartment is really comfortable, fully equipped and optimized with a wash-linen. It is situated at two steps from the Rue (street) de Rennes where you can find all that you need during your stay (fresh products, restaurants...).

A slice of history of the district:The student ambiant inherited from the Middle Ages remains in coffeeshops, bookshops and numerous movie clubs.
The Latin Quarter was marked by two traditions: the one nun, the other academic.
From 1250, about sixty colleges were built , sheltering 700 " escholiers " and insuring them cottage,food and"rehearsals". The most famous is the one established in 1257 by Robert de Sorbon, who was reconstructed in the 19è century. From 1530 the other intellectual institutions of the district were created: the Collège de France and the Observatory in the 17è, High schools under the Revolution and the big high schools under Napoleon.
