This apartment of 40m² situated on the first floor without elevator, onto the passageway, has just been completely refurbished, and decorated with taste. It is composed with a bedroom with a confortable double bed , a living room  with a fully equipped American kitchen and a double new sofa bed. It also have a dining room area with table and chairs for 4 persons, and a bathroom/toilet with a big bath . The apartment does have an internet ADSL connection and cable TV.

In a historic and alive district, just a steo from the Garden if the Royal Plalace, jardin des Tuileries and the museum of the Louvre, the Avenue of the Opera and the place des Victoires, close to any conveniences, restaurants, cafes, shops and grocer's shops opend till 1 am in the morning, its situation is an ideal place to discover and take advantage of Paris.

    Hello Clara ! First of all, we thank you that you received us with so open smile and good attitude. Apartment was very easy to book, have to mention that there were all those things, that was mentioned by add. Excellent place in town, easy access to metro, taxi and any other public places. About passage : we were very satisfied by safety and quite place. As tourist, after a long day, we enjoyed sushi place downstairs, lovely food and just a few seconds out of flat ! In the flat we were 2 girls so we found it very nice kitchen, very cute design. Also enjoyed TV where you can find channels in any languages you want. Thank you so much for such great place, definitely will book this flat by chance next time, when I'll plan to be in Paris and for sure will suggest to my friends. kind regards ! All the best !

    Fabulous location, a few steps from Opera, Jardins des Tuileries, river Seine, Musée d'Orsay etc. etc... Unit is more spacious than it looks especially if you move the dining table. The real bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of room for a pack'n'play of space to move about. This unit is in a secure, covered passageway and feels very safe & private. We stayed 1 week with a toddler and were perfectly comfortable. Clara is a gracious + helpful host and helped us with our bags, offered to have a package delivered to her office and even called us a taxi. We would stay here again!

    The apartment is nice and clean and well located, close to everything. There were all we needed. The heating can only be on maximum, no medium. There is no pillow for babies. The welcoming was excellent, Clara is really kind.

    We spent an excellent stay in this apartment well equipped and very well located. We found a parking 5minutes on foot from the apartment, the Pyramides parking. The welcoming was perfect, at the arrival and at the departure. Beds really comfortable.

    Apartment ideally located next to Opera, the "Choiseul"  is really pleasant. Decorated with taste, with pieces of furniture, bedding and quality household electrical appliance, it is convenient and calm by night (because it overlooks a shopping passaway) and welcoming.
    All the restaurants in Rue Sainte Anne and Rue Saint Honore are very nice, so do the big shops next to the Opera, the Monoprix at 10minutes on foot from the apartement, the transports nearby -especially the line 14 of the metro- and finally all the area : Opera, Louvre museum, Tuileries etc.
    Only one drawback : the lack of daylight in the apartment, but when one is just a tourist, we mostly enjoy being outside !
